All the surgeries are run on an appointment system, including our Saturday clinic. 

You are free to arrange appointments with any of the doctors or practice nurses.  However, it is in your best interest to see the same doctor each time if possible. 

If you require an appointment on the day that you call the surgery, we will use our Walk-in process to ensure that your request is dealt with appropriately.

• The walk-in clinic runs from 09:00 to 11:00 on Monday and 10:30 to 11.20 Tuesday to Friday

• You can walk-in to the surgery and the receptionist will ask you complete a form with your name and date of birth and you will then  complete a short assessment of your illness

• On the basis of the completion of the form the receptionist will allocate an appointment with a doctor or nurse.

It helps us greatly if routine appointments with your own doctor can be booked well in advance.  Our receptionists are here to help you.  If you have any special requirements or need a longer appointment, do not hesitate to discuss the problem with them.  Confidentiality is assured.

A doctor from the Practice is available for emergencies from 8.30 am until 6.30 pm on weekdays and 8.30 am until 12.00am on Saturdays - please call the surgery first

Hampshire Primary Care Trust is now responsible for the out-of hours services for the surgery.

If you call the surgery during the out of hours period your call will be redirected to the Out of Hours service.
